Job Summary

A company offering a market-leading platform for multilingual video meetings needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process
• Working closely with hiring managers
• Sourcing passive candidates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years in a fast-paced and high-volume technical recruiting role
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Experience working in rapid growth start-ups, ideally those in B2B markets
• Demonstrated success in finding, engaging, and hiring senior-level technology roles across the US
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple high priority roles
• A strong network and the ability to creatively continue to build that network
