Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns for engineering roles
- Engage and activate passive candidates through the use of boolean, LinkedIn, etc
- Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates and share candidates with hiring teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Typically, 6+ years of recruiting experience working in fast paced technology driven companies
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience on an in-house team
- Experience driving outcomes, developing pipelines of high quality engineering and technical candidates
- Intuitive sourcing skills and a knack for identifying and engaging top talent
- Self-directed, with a high sense of urgency and keen eye for details
- A motivated, dynamic and curious mind with excellent research skills
