Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, pre-screening, and scheduling candidates for technical and functional areas
- Acting as a liaison between college recruits and recruiters
- Conducting new hire orientation along with other business partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS Degree or commensurate experience
- 2-5 years of demonstrated progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience (full-cycle)
- Experience recruiting for a broad range of roles such as software engineers, security analysts, etc
- Demonstrated experience with high volume sourcing or recruiting
- Proven track record of filling IT and technical positions
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other recruiting platforms
