Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Utilizing best in class HRIS, ATS, and talent platforms

- 3-5 years recruiting experience, in a fast-paced environment and high-performance environment
- Superior relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to partner with our sourcing team to identify innovative sourcing solutions
