Job Summary
A business networking company is in need of a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the job requisition process
- Posting positions on the ATS system and across external job boards
- Reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants and scheduling candidates for interviews with members of the internal teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA degree OR equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience building out engineering and product teams at startups
- Ability to conduct reference check, prepare offer letters and compose rejection letters for applicants/candidates who were not selected
- Ability to update interview guides in the ATS systems to reflect position requirement and competencies by role
