Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the Heads of TA and HR, the Technology division & others to lead the end-to-end recruitment process
- Utilizing recruitment tools such as ATSs & CRMs to track your workflow, manage candidate activity & communicate with all candidates
- Influencing, attracting & converting niche passive talent through your depth of knowledge around our mission, EVP & culture
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years minimum experience in recruiting in a fast-paced technical and geographically dispersed environment
- At least 1 years dedicated specifically to technical recruiting
- Experience using Greenhouse or another major ATS (Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, etc.)
- An authentic ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- You treat everyone with equal respect & can communicate with individuals across all levels of an organization
