Core Responsibilities Include:
- Full life-cycle technical recruiting; become fully entrenched in the technical aspects of the business
- Using effective screening techniques to assess the technical acumen, skills, qualifications, salary requirements of potential candidates
- Creating a pipeline of talent for future needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ full cycle technical recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills a must
