Job Summary

A software consultancy is in need of a Remote Technical Recruiter and Employer Brand Specialist.

Must be able to:

Administer the entire recruitment process using Lever (ATS)
Write Job Descriptions and adverts in line with the hiring managers requirements
Attend conferences and trade shows all over the world promoting the company

Position Requirements Include:

Able to travel to conferences and trade shows
Member of Open Source Community
Good understanding and knowledge/passion of/for Open Source Software technologies
Ability to communicate well with all audiences
Brand awareness
Excellent negotiating skills
