Job Summary

A software consultancy is in need of a Remote Technical Recruiter and Employer Brand Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Administer the entire recruitment process using Lever (ATS)
  • Write Job Descriptions and adverts in line with the hiring managers requirements
  • Attend conferences and trade shows all over the world promoting the company

Position Requirements Include:

  • Able to travel to conferences and trade shows
  • Member of Open Source Community
  • Good understanding and knowledge/passion of/for Open Source Software technologies
  • Ability to communicate well with all audiences
  • Brand awareness
  • Excellent negotiating skills
