A mobile network operator company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Recruiter in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies to attract and onboard technical talent
- Sourcing and identifying top technical talent through your job boards, our ATS and your personal network
- Educating leadership on best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role
- Proficiency with corporate productivity tools
- Knowledge and experience in creative sourcing strategies
- Prior experience collaborating in a team environment that is fast paced and ever changing
