Job Summary
A healthcare technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Recruiting Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of 6-8 which is comprised of technical recruiting managers, technical recruiters and sourcers
- Collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers and senior stakeholders to execute against key hiring objectives
- Defining consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of technical recruiting experience
- 3 years of people management experience with recruiters and sourcers
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders / hiring managers
- Experience managing a full life cycle recruitment process
