Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technical SaaS Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control to address immediate technical issues
  • Respond to support questions, requests and complaints from our customers
  • Investigate, document and resolve all technical escalations for the Customer Success Team

Required Skills:

  • Background in web development/coding
  • Strong understanding of social media
  • Very strong software troubleshooting experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish
