Job Summary

A technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Service Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing 24x7 - Distributed Team Engagement Models
  • Tracking Engineers 'On-Call' Support for weekends (Rotation Plans)
  • Providing Kafka & Confluent as a managed service

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years minimum experience managing the delivery of data-focused DevOps as services
  • Google Anthos experience
  • Knowledge Kafka & Confluent from end user and administrative perspective
  • Provide guidance from NFRs perspective: security, testing, etc
  • Experience in Elasticsearch stack including Elastic Observability
  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / AWS / GCP
