Job Summary

A provider of cloud networking solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Service Logistics Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a global team responsible for service logistics operations
  • Drive strategy and develop service logistics capabilities
  • Own the business relationship and drive operational execution

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations related field
  • 20+ years of experience in Operations
  • 10+ years of experience in Service Supply Chain or Service Logistics
  • Robust understanding of CRM systems, ERP systems, and supply chain concepts
  • Experience managing IOR, Logistics and Third Party Logistics vendors
  • Experience in high tech industry (preferably networking equipment)
