Job Summary

A customer relationship management company is seeking a Remote Technical Services Product Owner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Writing user stories and going deep on requirements in grooming sessions with your team
• Attending Standups with agile development teams
• Writing release documentation and training cross-functional teams on new product enablement

Required Skills:

• 1+ years you've spent working with products, getting into the weeds and being a go-to expert for your product
• Experience as a product owner/product manager, a member of an agile software development team
• Customer-focused attitude, with experience interacting with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs
• Highly motivated self-starter, accountable, team player
• Disciplined approach to execution and follow through
• Goal-oriented and capable of mobilizing a team towards completion of objectives
