Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Software Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing customer success by owning the end-to-end post sales customer lifecycle
  • Providing technical leadership for customer onboarding projects
  • Providing Technical Account management for a portfolio of enterprise customers

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel is required initially during on-boarding phase of customer lifecycle and for QBRs
  • 5+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to provide expert guidance for product deployment
  • Self-starter with proven track record of Customer facing roles and working with executives
