Job Summary

An electronic components retailer is seeking a Remote Technical Solutions Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise, leadership, and business level consultation
  • Provide pre-sales support
  • Provide market research and competitive analysis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4 Year Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 4+ years of Systems and Design Engineering in a customer facing role
  • 4+ years of field technical support, design and troubleshooting experience
  • Practical experience leverage Cisco solutions
  • Understanding of current system technologies
  • Experience in vertical markets such as Medical, Telecom, or Industrial Automation
