Job Summary

A cloud computing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Sourcing Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
• Recruit passive candidates and gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit
• Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline to support hiring goals

Qualifications Include:

• Experience supporting and driving sourcing deliverables f
• 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical talent for roles including full stack/backend/frontend software development engineers
• ATS experience with sourcing, monitoring and managing candidates
