Job Summary
A clinical testing network is in need of a Remote Technical Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring tickets for severity and impact
- Providing software support for existing applications
- Troubleshooting and analyzing problems and requirements
Required Skills:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting of multiple enterprise wide systems
- 3+ years of years customer service experience
- Application experience with MS Windows
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues
- Interpersonal and communication skills
