Job Summary

A clinical testing network is in need of a Remote Technical Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring tickets for severity and impact
  • Providing software support for existing applications
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing problems and requirements

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting of multiple enterprise wide systems
  • 3+ years of years customer service experience
  • Application experience with MS Windows
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
