Job Summary

A technology data company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Success Management Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving continued increased ROI and promote revenue growth
  • Empowering your customers' confidence and success
  • Providing management and direction of a team of global technical success managers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and receptive listening skills
  • BA/BS in a business-related field and/or equivalent years working in the software industry
  • 5+ years of leading customer success teams
  • 8+ years of Customer Success, Support, and/orProduct Management related experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
  • 10+ years of process creation, improvement, and alignment with Business Units
