Job Summary
A customer experience company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Technical Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
- Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Being responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Provide proper equipment and an in home set up
