Job Summary

A digital marketing company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues
  • Manage support ticket queue and documentation
  • Maintain and exceed KPIs

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support role
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required
  • Experience with website programming languages
  • Understanding of Linux and DNS
