Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for users
  • Creating and updating service requests
  • Assisting end users on the use of client services and best practices

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent customer service experience
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Understanding of Windows 10 Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite/ Office 365
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Writing and editing skills to aid in writing and updating knowledge base documents
