Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the first point of contact for users
- Creating and updating service requests
- Assisting end users on the use of client services and best practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent customer service experience
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Understanding of Windows 10 Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite/ Office 365
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Writing and editing skills to aid in writing and updating knowledge base documents
