- Assuring users are provided efficient and timely first level support
- Ensuring service team compliance to established service levels
- Monitoring Service Desk tickets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT field of study or equivalent education and experience
- Technical level experience with the Microsoft product suite
- Technical level experience with the Dell desktops, laptops, and servers
- Minimum of 6 years of overall technical experience
- 2 years’ experience working in a Lead role in technology
