Job Summary

A translation company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Analyst Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assuring users are provided efficient and timely first level support
  • Ensuring service team compliance to established service levels
  • Monitoring Service Desk tickets

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT field of study or equivalent education and experience
  • Technical level experience with the Microsoft product suite
  • Technical level experience with the Dell desktops, laptops, and servers
  • Minimum of 6 years of overall technical experience
  • 2 years’ experience working in a Lead role in technology
