Job Summary

A technology services company has a current position open for a Technical Support and Sales Representative in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering technical service and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Offering troubleshooting solutions related to hardware, software operating systems (OS), applications and compatibility
  • Selling In-Home warranty service to customers on every call

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months of previous customer service experience
