Job Summary

An Information Technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as a Tier 2 G Suite support agent
  • Research, test and report on a wide array of technologies
  • Support and maintain Google Cloud Directory Sync and G Suite Password Sync

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years K-12 technology administration
  • G Suite admin console management experience
  • Deep understanding of Chrome OS
  • Chromebook, iOS, or Android deployment experience
  • Familiarity with GAM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
