Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Consultant I .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support for veterinarians and other customers related to in-house pet and other animal health-care diagnostic instruments
  • Acting as customer relations interface between customers and the reference laboratories
  • Supporting Customer Support phone representatives by researching questions
