Job Summary
A call center is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Customer Service Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting our customers and providing solutions to their technical issues
- Actively listening and being empathetic while using your love of current technology
- Resolving their problems and meeting their needs in a timely manner
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Graduate or general education degree (GED) required
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete initial training with 100% attendance and a minimum 80% passing score on final training exam
- Minimum 6 months experience providing service to customers in some capacity
- Technical aptitude with a confident familiarity of Smartphones, tablets, operating systems, PC and Macs
- All other requirements necessary for this position
