Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support to customers
  • Providing solutions to technical issues
  • Handling multiple computer applications at one time

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Graduate or general education degree
  • 6 months experience providing service to customers
  • Ability to type 35 WPM while talking to customers
  • Technical aptitude with familiarity of Smartphones, tablets, operating systems, PC and Macs
  • Understand concepts of navigation, search engines and other web based applications
