Job Summary

A publishing company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls & emails, providing both technical and non-technical support
  • Reaching out to our partner locations proactively to resolve potential issues with our kiosks
  • Responding to automated trouble tickets that come in to system

Position Requirements Include:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Highest standards for excellence as well as strict adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules
  • Excellent organization skills and has the ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • A deep sense of customer empathy
