Job Summary
A publishing company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming customer calls & emails, providing both technical and non-technical support
- Reaching out to our partner locations proactively to resolve potential issues with our kiosks
- Responding to automated trouble tickets that come in to system
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Highest standards for excellence as well as strict adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules
- Excellent organization skills and has the ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision
- A deep sense of customer empathy
