Job Details

A hosted continuous integration and deployment company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working directly with customers to resolve any issues that they may be having
  • Monitoring and addressing customer tickets to understand common issues
  • Improving our documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience as a software engineer
  • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of technology stacks
