Job Summary
A hosted continuous integration and deployment company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with customers to resolve any issues that they may be having
- Monitoring and addressing customer tickets to understand common issues
- Improving our documentation

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a software engineer
- Familiarity with a broad spectrum of technology stacks
- Be familiar with Linux and Unix based operating systems
