Job Summary

A technology solutions has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class response and customer care
  • Resolve technical issues via phone or email
  • Engage in issue capturing, tracking and resolution

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend training in a classroom
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Technical Support
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector
  • Must be proficient in common office software applications
  • 1-3 years of experience working with SQL database or Windows server environments
