Job Summary

A search technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling product and technical requests
  • Troubleshooting customer's support issues
  • Regularly updating customers on their tickets

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-6 years experience in Technical Support, supporting SaaS enterprise software
  • Working knowledge of development languages
  • Experience with REST API, database management and web development technologies
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a portfolio of tickets at various stages of resolution
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience
