Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning current and future Zendesk support operations, troubleshooting customer websites
- Understanding, communicating and resolving complex web & data situations from initial contact to resolution
- Delivering world-class customer support to a wide spectrum of users
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years in a Technical Support role, including debugging HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Applied knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
- Understanding of relational databases and experience writing basic SQL.
- Able to own current and future Zendesk support operations
- Able to provide effective customer service
