Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues for a portfolio of customers
  • Engaging directly with customers to assess and reproduce submitted issues
  • Consulting with customers on best practices of how to accomplish basic tasks

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS in Computer Science, related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience
  • Functional understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, relational databases
  • 3-5 years of experience providing technical support to enterprise level customers
  • Administration experience with Salesforce.com and/or another CRM platform
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment
