Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting technical issues for a portfolio of customers
- Engaging directly with customers to assess and reproduce submitted issues
- Consulting with customers on best practices of how to accomplish basic tasks
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS in Computer Science, related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience
- Functional understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, relational databases
- 3-5 years of experience providing technical support to enterprise level customers
- Administration experience with Salesforce.com and/or another CRM platform
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment
