Job Summary

A diversified technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Xper Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing problem resolution to customers experiencing technical issues with company's software
  • Clearly documenting and reproducing all steps taken during problem resolution
  • Providing technical support for company's Information Management system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associate’s degree (required - Bachelor’s degree - preferred)
  • 3+ years of technical support
  • Working knowledge and experience troubleshooting SQL databases, TCP/IP and general networking issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows Server/workstation issues with both hardware and software
  • Ability to diagnose problems and apply effective solutions, while problem-solving, critical thinking and priority-setting skills
  • Ability to professionally deal with a diverse set of problematic circumstances and ascertain urgency of support request
