Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing assistance to customers and colleagues who experience technical problems
- Talking customers through a troubleshooting process
- Analyzing logs and review deployed code in order to determine the cause of them
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced-level web development skills
- Understanding of the web stack
