Job Summary
A language services company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing and resolving customer software application issues
- Maintaining the efficiency and support of customers software applications
- Performing analysis on software application functionality
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in similar role within Application Support
- Exposure to common applications and file formats: DOCX, RTF, PPT, XLSX, HTML and XML
- SQL command/query experience: SQL Server
- Experience with ASP/ASP.NET, XML/XSL, WCF, Active Directory, IIS, Java and J2EE architecture
