Job Summary

A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing superior technical support and service to customers
  • Interfacing with organizations and directly with the customer base on critical escalations and call resolution
  • Managing and developing the support teams, including hiring and professional development

Required Skills:

  • Experience in the software industry
  • A minimum of 1 years in technical support management, including people management
  • Background in the development and management of remote support groups and 24 x 7 support operations
  • Extensive expertise in developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of technical support
  • Familiarity with systems operations and management environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or incident tracking and management systems such as SalesForce, Clarify, etc.
