Job Summary

A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a resource for employees on policies and procedures
  • Managing Support Engineers across several shifts
  • Defining and collecting KPIs to manage capacity planning and escalation management

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 10+ Years management of a team of 15 or more Technical Support Engineers (TSE)
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Experience with Tenable products: Nessus, SecurityCenter, PVS, LCE
  • Management of TSEs in support of complex enterprise software especially security related
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Steady composure in the face of difficult situations
