Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating incident tickets for tracking of clients computer/software and hardware issues
- Taking inbound calls directed from the queue
- Creating and noting an incident ticket for each call
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years experience in a technical support call center or equivalent
- Linear troubleshooting skills
- Networking knowledge of modems and routers
- Superior phone voice
- Ability to relate to both technical and non-technical users
