Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Investigate ongoing issues
  • Troubleshoot and answer complex technical support questions
  • Help manage social media support

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience diagnosing customer support issues and providing easy-to-follow solutions
  • Extreme empathy for customers
  • Confident in creating procedures and how-tos for both customers and staff
  • Knowledge of and/or familiarity with Mac systems, Apple products, and Windows
  • Familiarity with Help Scout or another help desk software
