Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Defining and/or resolving routine to complex customer problems
  • Simulating or recreating customer problems to resolve user-operating difficulties
  • Troubleshooting application software issues reported by customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years’ experience working in an application support environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to see problems from various perspectives
  • Ability to learn quickly through real time training within a production environment
  • Experience with EDI Value-Added-Network services
  • Proficiency with computer and spreadsheet software programs, including Microsoft Office suite
