Job Summary
A technology solutions and support company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide level one troubleshooting
- Accurately assess the customer's product issue or problem
- Identify and resolve application and service issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8 months of technical support (hardware/software installation/troubleshooting) or customer product support
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm CST
- Must participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and skills
