Job Summary

A technology solutions and support company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide level one troubleshooting
  • Accurately assess the customer's product issue or problem
  • Identify and resolve application and service issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8 months of technical support (hardware/software installation/troubleshooting) or customer product support
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm CST
  • Must participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and skills
