Job Summary

A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Professionally handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Providing customers with excellent service and support using your training and technical skills
  • Resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
