Job Summary

A project management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Fielding support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries
  • Maintaining knowledge of technology innovations and trends
  • Arranging service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer technical support with a passion for excellent customer experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting issues using server system tools
  • Experience working with Citrix and Oracle is desirable
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers
