Job Summary

A project management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Fielding support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries
Maintaining knowledge of technology innovations and trends
Arranging service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in customer technical support with a passion for excellent customer experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting issues using server system tools
Experience working with Citrix and Oracle is desirable
Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers
