Job Summary

A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative in Cape Coral.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Interacting with customers in response to inquiries
  • Gathering customer/product information
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 6 months call center experience required
  • Proper phone etiquette, including using client verbiage and positive positioning
  • Ability to speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar
  • Ability to multitask between customer calls and logging of case notes
  • Experience with mobile devices (mp3 players, tablets, smartphones)
  • High School Diploma required
