A provider of background screening and identity services has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Help team continuously prioritize and provide air traffic control
  • Manage the team and organization: develop leaders, improve team skills and capabilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external service vendors

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience leading technical support teams
  • Experience in providing services to agreed SLA’s
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience with an agile development process
