Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in root cause analysis and communicating findings to customers
  • Assisting in monitoring class times
  • Corresponding with company departments and internal cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years experience working in a service-oriented, customer support, technical support or related field
  • Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours to support students at peak times
