Job Summary

A consulting organization has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing superb technical system and user support by responding to calls, email, and personal requests
  • Establishing, maintaining, and increasing client satisfaction through professional, courteous, and caring service
  • Helping make users productive

Required Skills:

  • 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Windows Server administration experience is a must
  • Proven customer service and problem solving skills
  • Excellent at communicating in a way that makes sense to non-technical people
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server products 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019, Exchange 2016, Office 365
