Job Summary

An online school needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and creating documentation and support materials for curriculum and instruction technologies
  • Providing technical (Help Desk) support to learning management systems users
  • Maintaining learning management systems, including course content, enrollment data, customer data, etc

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Will require occasional travel of less than one week per month
  • Ability to coordinate, research, and analyze special projects/reports
  • Ability to easily adapt to and learn new technologies
  • A degree in an education / technology field or two years' experience in a similar position
  • Experience/training in providing technical support
  • Demonstrated success in working with people in establishing goals, objectives, and change management plans
